I'm the lead developer of the <a href="https://shirakumo.org" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Shirakumo Collective</a>, and have been working full time for it on my own since 2020.</p><p style=""></p><h2 style="">What I do</h2><p style="">I'm responsible for well <a href="https://shinmera.com/projects.html" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">over 100 libraries</a> and applications. I also regularly create art that is published <a href="https://studio.shinmera.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">for free</a> on various social media pages, and write <a href="https://blog.shinmera.com" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">in-depth think pieces</a> about my experiences as an engineer and a person living in this heck world.</p><p style=""></p><h2 style=""><img src="https://filebox.tymoon.eu//file/TWpjeU5RPT0=" title=""></h2><h2 style=""></h2><p style="">More recently I have launched a game development studio, under which I've published the visual novel <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/1605720/Eternia_Pet_Whisperer/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Eternia: Pet Whisperer</a>, and the action RPG <a href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/1261430/Kandria/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Kandria</a>, both of which have received very positive reviews. I'm currently working on a new as of yet unannounced title, which will be my first foray into fully 3D games, along with all the custom engine work that entails.</p><p style=""></p><h2 style=""><img src="https://filebox.tymoon.eu//file/TWpjeU1BPT0=" title=""></h2><p style=""></p><h2 style="">Why I need your support</h2><p style="">I want to continue to help the Common Lisp ecosystem with high-quality libraries, applications, and new games. However, doing so comes at a cost. Especially producing games quickly becomes unimaginably expensive. Artists need to be fairly compensated for their work, and it would take far too long for me alone to write all of the code <em>and</em> produce all of the art.
